Awful customer support. Untrustworthy business. Lavaart is insisting on a payment for a package that never arrived.

They say I signed up for a monthly subscription. I moved to a different country, so why would I even do that? Then they assert that the package was never sent back when, in reality, it was returned by the same postal service, and I've provided proof of that. The package wasn’t picked up, so it was automatically sent back.

I never agreed to a subscription, yet here I am, being asked to pay for something I never got? How is that right??? I’ve sent them at least 10 emails about this problem, and they refuse to understand my side. They just want to take my money. I’m going to escalate this to the consumer protection agency. It’s about the PRINCIPLE.

Avoid this place. They might trap you into a monthly subscription, just like they did with me.

Absolutely amazing!!! I’m really into the cushion from Lavaart. It glides on the skin so nicely, and even by evening, you still look as stunning as you did when you first put on the makeup. It doesn’t sink into pores or fine lines. The Lavaart cushion is the first makeup that hasn’t irritated my skin at all. I can totally recommend it to everyone!

I’ve used the glow foundation and the powder, and honestly, they outshine many high-end brands. The foundation gives a radiant finish, offers excellent coverage, and lasts forever! I’m truly amazed. The powder is super finely milled, incredibly soft, and feels great. Plus, I adore the packaging of the powder; it keeps everything contained without any mess. I’m absolutely thrilled to have given them a shot.

I ordered the glow cushion about three weeks back. Not only has it not shown up yet (they claim it's stuck in Customs over there!), but I found out they signed me up for a monthly product subscription that I never agreed to. I requested proof that I had actually purchased this subscription, but I'm still waiting for a response. I'm worried this could be a scam.

What I really dig is that the cream contains hyaluronic acid, which is fantastic for sensitive skin and super moisturizing. I’m a big fan of products with hyaluronic acid, so that was a definite win for me!
